INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY in Zieleniec Association
This document contains information on the purposes, grounds and principles of processing personal data by Zieleniec Association within the framework of its activities in traditional forms and with the help of Internet media (website: www.zieleniec.pl; facebook profile: www.facebook.com/ZieleniecSportArena).
This document was created in order to clearly and transparently inform the persons whose data are processed about their rights in connection with the processing of their personal data and about the forms of their implementation.
Glossary of terms
- Personal Data Administrator (TEEN) means a natural or legal person, public authority, entity or other entity which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
- Personal data — means information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, internet identifier or one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity the identity of a natural person;
- MOSQUITO — Office for Personal Data Protection — supervisory authority in relation to personal data controllers.
- SHOWS — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Recipient of data — means the natural or legal person, public authority, entity or other entity to whom the personal data are disclosed, whether or not it is a third party;

- Worker — a natural person providing work for the administrator on the basis of an employment relationship, appointment, appointment, performing tasks solely in person,
as part of the business activity carried out or entrusted to it on the basis of a civil law contract, cooperating within the meaning of the Act of 13 October 1998 on the social insurance system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1778); - Processed data — means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, storing, storing, adapting or modifying, downloading, viewing, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, matching or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying;
- IT system (IT system) — a set of cooperating devices, programs, systems, information processing procedures and software tools used to process personal data;
- Traditional system — a set of organizational procedures, equipment and fixed assets related to the mechanical processing of information containing personal data on paper media;
- Teletransmission — transmission of information via a telecommunications network;
- Services provided by electronic means — all services, the performance of which occurs by sending and receiving data by means of ICT systems at the individual request of the service recipient (customer), without the simultaneous presence of parties, transmitted via public networks, in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
- Collection of personal data— means an orderly set of personal data available according to specified criteria, whether that set is centralised, decentralised or functionally or geographically dispersed;

Sources and method of data acquisition
Personal data are collected in collections of personal data in traditional and IT systems:
- in connection with the activity carried out by the Administrator, which includes:
- Inspiring and supporting the entrepreneurship of residents in undertaking economic projects serving the economic development of Zieleniec, in particular the creation and improvement of the residential, leisure and recreational base creating it into an important holiday and tourist destination in the country
- Organizing multifaceted activities promoting Zieleniec as a center offering a wide range of high quality residential and leisure, recreational, sports and cultural and entertainment services for tourists
- Dissemination of physical culture and sport
- Supporting rescue and civil protection
- Comprehensive activity initiating and supporting initiatives aimed at improving the quality and culture of life of the community living in Zieleniec
- Conducting activities supporting the development of the community and the local community living in Zieleniec around economic tasks that enhance its recreational and tourist values and consequently facilitate overcoming the difficulties of everyday life of its inhabitants
- Provision of social assistance, including assistance to families and persons in difficult life situations and equalization of opportunities for these families and persons
- Carrying out charitable activities
- Sustaining national tradition, nurturing Polishness and developing awareness of national, civic and cultural
- Action in the field of dissemination and dissemination of culture, art, protection of cultural property and traditions
- Promoting European integration and developing contacts and cooperation between societies

For what purpose and on what basis are personal data processed?
Personal data is processed:
- in order to conclude with you or perform a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) on the basis of which ADO provides services, including the preparation of a commercial offer or booking of appointments.
- on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) in order, inter alia:
- contact you and provide you with information, including through contact forms,
- participation in competitions and sporting events and activities organized by ADO, including the publication of results on the Internet,
- marketing ADO and receiving information about organized events or available offers and promotions,
- publishing the image in photo reports from sports competitions or other events organized by ADO,
- cooperation with external entities.
- on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) in order, inter alia:
- contact with you,
- adapt the content of the website to your preferences, create statistics and analyze User behavior through the use of cookies,
- determination, investigation or defense against possible claims.
- in order to comply with the legal obligations incumbent on ADO (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR) in connection with the conduct of its business, in particular on the basis of the provisions of the law on associations, accounting, taxation, in the field of performance of public tasks.
Is the provision of data voluntary?
Providing ADO with personal data collected in connection with the conclusion, performance or termination of the contract is voluntary but necessary for the performance of the services provided to you by ADO. Refusal to provide the aforementioned data or withdrawal of consent to their processing may entail failure by ADO to perform the service.
The provision of other personal data and the expression of consent to their processing for marketing purposes is also voluntary, and consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the previous processing.On a voluntary basis, data is also collected as part of cookies, whereby the limitation of the use of cookies may affect the correct operation of the ADO website.
What are cookies and for what purpose are they collected?
Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the device with which Users view the content of the website. This data contains information automatically collected during the visits of Users to the website, including, among others, the IP address, data about the browser used, the URL of the pages previously visited by the Users (refer link), transmission information and reports of possible errors.
Cookies are used in order to adapt the content of the website to the preferences of the Users, create statistics and analyze the behavior of Users, as well as as auxiliary material used to administer the server. This data is not associated with specific individuals viewing ADO sites.
Google tools such as Google Analytics are used to track activity and create statistics. Cookies may be used by advertising networks, in particular the Google network, to display advertisements tailored to the way Users use the Website. For this purpose, they may keep information about the navigation path of Users or the time spent on a given page. Users can change the settings regarding access and storage of cookies from the website www.zieleniec.pl by means of the browser settings or the settings of the terminal device (e.g. mobile phone) with which the content of the website is viewed.
How long will we process personal data?
Personal data collected for the performance of contracts will be processed for the duration of the provision of the services and processes covered by them, and then for the period required by law (including the Accounting Act) or until the expiration of the limitation period for possible claims or the lodging of a justified objection to the processing. Personal data provided in order to carry out the complaint procedure or to provide information will be processed for the period necessary to complete the complaint procedure or the information process and possible subsequent court proceedings.
The personal data you have provided for the purpose of participation in competitions, events or activities and the participation of minor children in sports activities will be processed until you withdraw your consent or lodge a justified objection to the processing.
Data in cookies and data collected for marketing purposes will be processed until you submit a justified objection to their processing or withdraw your consent.
Recipients of data
Personal data may be transferred to ADO employees for business purposes, entities that technically and organizationally assist ADO in the performance of contracts concluded with you, as well as providing IT services and hosting services in the scope and purposes indicated above on the basis of agreements on entrusting the processing of personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred for collection outside the European Economic Area.
Rights of Data Subjects
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
- right to withdraw consent to data processing — at any time, without giving any reason;
- right of access to personal data — the right to obtain certain information about the processing of personal data, as well as to obtain a copy of the data,
- the right to request rectification of personal data — the right to request the correction or completion of outdated data,
- the right to request erasure of personal data — the so-called right to be forgotten, in a situation where the processing is no longer justified in the light of legal provisions,
- the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data — the right to request the restriction of processing only to storage or other operations on the data, until justified reasons cease,
- right of objection — the right to object to the processing of personal data due to the particular situation of the data subject or if the data are processed for marketing purposes,
- the right to transfer personal data — the right to obtain data storage in a structured format, to the extent that the data are processed in connection with the concluded contract or consent
- right of complaint — the right to lodge a complaint in connection with the processing of personal data to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the UODO.
